Responsible for the company's supplier quality management, including reviewing, supervising, inspecting and evaluating the supplier's quality management system to ensure that the supplier's products and services meet the company's requirements.

1. Carry out hierarchical management of suppliers to ensure the quality and efficiency of supplier management; sign quality agreements with approved qualified suppliers, and clarify the quality responsibilities of both parties in the agreement.

2. Regularly evaluate the supplier's quality status and quality management status, and when necessary, conduct on-site quality audits of the supplier's quality system in conjunction with relevant departments.

3. Formulate supplier audit plans and audit plans, and organize relevant departments to conduct on-site audits, and provide a list of suppliers that meet the requirements based on the feedback from the audit report.

4. Manage and update supplier quality files and qualifications, regularly review, evaluate and assess the supplier's situation, and take corresponding measures based on the assessment results.

5. Follow up and handle abnormalities of suppliers.

6. Assist in electronic data review and audit tracking inspection.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader in a timely manner.

1. Experience in sterile drug supplier management or quality management for more than three years.

2. Familiar with the requirements and evaluation standards of the supplier's quality management system, and have relevant knowledge and skills.

3. Familiar with GMP regulations and guidelines, and have experience in GMP inspection or FDA certification.

4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to read and understand English literature.

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, team awareness, execution, subjective initiative, good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate effectively with suppliers and within the company.
